While you know you've never been here before, the sense of deja vu is as palpable as your trepidation of apporching the monument. It stands on this island otherwise untouched by human hands. It's structure could not possibly be said to be natural. On closer inspection the symbols on it's faces are perfectly carved, no tool marks are visable, and they are colored as if the stone's interior is colored differently from the obsidian surface. The days pass and your rest grows more disturbed. The doctor gave you a look that was equally grim and intrigued when you brought up the strange stone obelisk that will not leave your thoughts. While he did not say anything about it, he still perscribed you a concotion to help sleep. You down the odd tasting draft and in your dreams, you are once again heading out to that island...
